Support
We're here to help.
For account access, billing, connected channels, publishing, or API support, email support@postlake.dev.
Before contacting us
- Check service updates for confirmed incidents and recovery guidance.
- For API help, include the request ID, endpoint, and approximate time of the issue.
- For a channel issue, include the platform and connected profile. Never send a password, API key, or social access token by email.
- For billing help, include the email address on the PostLake account and any Stripe invoice ID.
Self-service
- Read the documentation for API and MCP setup.
- Manage account settings, including password and account deletion.
- Manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, or cancellation.
Publishing or scheduling trouble?
Open the affected post in your dashboard to see the result for each connected channel. A post can succeed on one network and fail on another. Include the PostLake post ID and the destination that needs help so we can investigate the right result.
If a request times out or the outcome is unclear, check the original post before creating another one. Sending it again could publish a duplicate. For a disconnected channel, open Channels and reconnect the same account. Review any warnings on your scheduled posts before their publishing time.
Getting started with an agent?
Our setup guides explain API keys, MCP connections and channel authorization. If authorization fails, include the agent or integration name and the error reference. Share a screenshot with private credentials hidden, not the credentials themselves.
