Sub-processors
Last updated 1 July 2026
To run PostLake (a CrumbleLake product) we rely on a small set of trusted providers ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. This page lists them.
Infrastructure & service providers
| Provider | What it does | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting, CDN, edge compute, media storage (R2), DNS | Global (US HQ) |
| Neon, Inc. | Managed PostgreSQL database | United States |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Subscription & entitlement management | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing | US / EU |
| Resend | Transactional email (verification, reset, billing) | EU / US |
Connected social networks
When you link an account and publish through PostLake, we transmit your content and the necessary tokens to the networks you choose. These are not our sub-processors in the usual sense — you direct what goes to them — but they receive data as part of the service:
- X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok, Google (YouTube, Business Profile), Pinterest, and Bluesky.
Each network processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Changes
We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. When we make a material change we'll update this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders. If you'd like to be told in advance of changes, or you'd like our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), email us.
