# PostLake Service Updates

Read the [current incident switch](https://postlake.dev/service-status.json) for the latest operator-confirmed alert. These are confirmed updates, not an automatic guarantee that every request or social platform works.

## 5 October: service access disruption. Resolved.

- Some account, dashboard and API requests failed or were delayed. Analytics collection was temporarily paused.
- Database access recovered and analytics collection resumed. Live account reads and analytics updates were verified.
- If verification email is missing, use Resend on the verification page. Repeating signup also sends a new link to an unverified account.
- Check the original post and platform results before publishing again. This update does not guarantee every scheduled publication succeeded.
- Check Billing and purchase confirmation before buying again. Contact support if payment and credits do not match.
- Saved analytics readings remain visible. Platforms may provide incomplete or delayed figures.

## Still affected?

Email support@postlake.dev with your account email, time, attempted action and support reference. Never send passwords, API keys or social access tokens. Do not disconnect channels or recreate schedules as an outage workaround.
